Ethan has a strong history in athletics and government relations. As captain of the UBC Men’s Golf Team, he demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills. He actively collaborated with donors and alumni and played a key role in the success of the team.

Prior to working for Burrard Strategy, Ethan gained valuable insight into the operations of government, messaging, and stakeholder engagement as a Junior Urban Planner. With his ability to navigate complex policy frameworks at various government levels, he was able to deliver high-quality recommendations and plans to senior planners and clients.
With Burrard Strategy, Ethan is now leveraging his expertise in public affairs, messaging, and stakeholder engagement. His experience in policy navigation and government relations will enable him to empower clients to shape their narratives and achieve their strategic goals.
Ethan has a BA in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of British Columbia and resides in Vancouver. He has won academic and athletic awards and is an active volunteer with golf organizations in British Columbia.
